   I had made an appointment to replace all 4 tyres on my BMW together with 4 wheel tracking and TPM servicing. I delivered the car to them for my appointed time and left them to it. Whilst having a coffee I received a call from the manager asking why was I replacing the tyres, cos they need replacing was my reply. He then said they are all well within tread limits, I returned to the centre and was greeted by the manager who again explained I didn’t need tyres. What can I say, I’ve never come across this level of honesty in the motor trade before. I asked why didn’t you just replace them as ordered, his reply ‘I just want to be honest with people’. If this is the measure of this man I would happily recommend this National Tyre and Autocare Centre to anyone. In this day and age to find someone this openly honest is refreshing to say the least. Well done and when my tyres really need replacing I’ll be back.

   I had a very positive experience at National Tyre and Autocare Halfords today, on Penarth Road. The staff were super friendly, very informative, dealt with my car very quickly and I received an email when my car was ready for collection (the job was completed on time too, no long waiting times!!). One very happy customer, I will certainly return!! Thank you

   This was my first visit to the National Tyres branch on Penarth Road in Cardiff and I was looked after by Jamie. He was exceptionally professional, attentive and patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. His service made the whole experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning to this branch in the future. Thank you!

   I needed a new tyre ASAP after driving with a spare tyre from getting a flat tyre on the motorway. The advisor at this garage looked at my tyres and recommended what tyre would be best for me - he was pleasant and full of info. I ordered it in online as it worked out a little cheaper and included wheel alignment. When the tyre was delivered to the store, my car was ready after an hour. However... the wheel alignment was all wrong, and kept drifting to the right and it made it difficult to keep the car straight while driving. As I was only in Cardiff for a short break, I couldn't return to sort it out. I had to put up with it for 5hrs driving back home. I went to my local garage to sort it out - an extra £40 I had to pay just to correct the wheel alignment. My local garage said how strange the wheel alignment was done. If I'd of known of the bad wheel alignment, I'd have gone to another garage to get the job done in the first place - it would have saved me £40 to get it fixed. So yeah some positive points and some negative.

   I wanted to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received at the Penarth Road branch in Cardiff. It was a puncture tyre, the team helped me to get back to raod in a few minutes. The professionalism and willingness to assist made a real difference. It was a genuinely positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this branch to others. Thank you again!

   I would support the previous review listed. Whilst the service to my car seems adequate, the rude and unhelpful nature of the male staff member on reception means I will not be returning. When a customer asks regarding their car: "when should I look to replace my front tyres?" You don't respond: "when they need changing" and then turn away and ignore them. Very poor customer service.

   Just had 4 new tyres fitted by Shane, one of the technicians, and what a great service! Prompt, great communication, true passion for cars! Robert, the branch manager was very helpful and had great communication with me! I had a great experience and some great prices too! My GR YARIS had a treat! Awesome work guys!

   A huge thank you to Jamie the guy is an absolute genius with phenomenal experience came with my old Volkswagen Golf MK4 Wheel alignment tracking in Cardiff needed oxy gas to loosen the steering joints Wheel tracking is perfect been advised to change my front tyres which I will in due course.
