   Having previously experienced appalling service from a number of Main Dealers I booked my car into Express Vehicle Services at very short notice for an MOT. From the outset they were exceptionally accomodating. They found a defective ball joint that resulted in an MOT fail. Express immediately ordered the necessary parts. Whilst the parts were not available until the following day, a member of staff drove me to Hertz so that I could hire a car and remain mobile. There was regular communication. Express even dealt with the warranty claim as the defect was covered by the vehicle warranty. My vehicle was kept safe and secure. Professionally repaired and MOT'd. From hand- over to return an excellent experience. I highly recommend and commend Express Vehicle Services.

   Having worked alongside Express for over 3 years now, looking after our fleet of 50+ vans & cars, and also using them for personal work, the staff and the work are second to none. All staff from the office to the garage are polite, helpful and most of all informative - nothing is actioned without being notified and every charge is always explained. They go above and beyond for us as their client, but I have also witnessed first hand how members of the public are treated and there is no difference in service. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!    The best garage I've had the pleasure of visiting! Outstanding customer service. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, especially females who might be concerned about taking their car in because of treatment they may have received elsewhere. The team here were friendly, welcoming and took the time to explain the fault in a non-patronising way. I'll be coming back here anytime I need my car looked at in the future - already booked my MOT for a few weeks time!

   I would highly recommend Express Vehicle Services in Cardiff .. the staff are amazing. My car broke down while I was on holiday.. the AA guy struggled to find a garage that would take a look at the car, he was being told at least two weeks before they could look at it. He contacted Express and after hearing my predicament… they agreed to look at my car. It was left with them and they called me the next day …even thought they had lots of cars already in for work. My car unfortunately needed a new engine .. they phoned around trying to get me the cheapest option and then contacted me with the price. It was not worth putting a new engine in .. they asked me what I wanted to do .. I said I would need to consider scrapping it but I live in Scotland and had returned home for work .. Paul was brilliant he offered to phone around scrap merchants and see if he could get the highest offer. He called me back and said had I considered cancelling my finance and getting the finance company to collect the car for auction. I did this and as a result my car sat in their garage for around three weeks ..I was stressed about that as I knew it was taking up space but Paul told me not to worry about it. The car has now been picked up and taken to auction. If you need an honest garage with fantastic customer service in Cardiff with brilliant staff who care about their customers please use Express Vehicle Services .. I would highly recommend them .. many thanks to Paul and his team.. this is how a garage should be run.. I wish you all great success in the future and thank you so much for taking care of my car and me.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most adorable mascot, which instantly lifted my mood and turned a very stressful morning around. I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding customer service I received—especially from Sarah, who was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She made me feel like a complete priority from the start. I was updated every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard. It’s rare to find a garage that combines speed, quality, and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Huge thanks to Sarah and the entire team (including the sweetest mascot!)—I'll definitely be back.

   Rip-off garage. Been a regular client but they just quote you high prices unjustified. First time I visited they told me my steering rack has excessive play and quoted me 800£ without labor when I found it online brand new for 300£. Then next visit they said "Sorry, it was just a tie rod, not the whole rack" and replaced it. Then the next visit the year after they told me it's a steering rack again. Total rip-offs. Steer clear from them. Changing their opinion like napkins and not really knowing their work. Changed my tires without even balancing them and claiming it's the steering rack and marking the car dangerous so I cannot pass MOT next time. Went to another garage and balanced all my tires for 20£ total, car was running like a dream. Can you imagine? Will never see a penny from me. There's way better garages for cheaper and ones that are honest.

   I had a pretty great experience with this garage. My brake pads wore through and they fixed them on the day, replacing the pads and the disc on one wheel. I phoned at around 9am, dropped the car off at 2pm and it was done by 4:30pm. This totalled £203. It was great to have her back so quick. Thanks for the great service guys.

   I have only been living in the Dif since Dec 2021 and my old garage is in Clifton Bristol. Express have been nothing but great. You can tell they give a damn, they are friendly, informative and they check everything before they do work. They are also really accommodating, my van is my work lifeline and when its time sensitive they have really over delivered and I will continue to tell everyone to use them.
