“My motorhome had a flat battery. A D-ten truck was passing and saw me trying to jump start. The driver stopped without asking, and jump started the motorhome for me. He didn't have to. He asked for nothing in return. He just stopped to help. If ever I need help with my vehicles, I know where to go. Seriously impressed!”

“Great experience and service from James and the team at Automotive Cardiff. I had a problem with my wiper blades right before the bank holiday, and was quite stressed as I needed to drive up to Scotland on the Tuesday. Brought the car in, James understood my short timeframe, diagnosed my problem right away, and offered a quick fix to last a few weeks that would get me back on the road. He also gave me a quote to replace the part, confirming with the supplier that they could get it and do it the next day (Friday) before the long weekend. I decided to get the part replaced and sort the issue for good. They had it done by the next afternoon and very kindly also topped up my oil, fixed something with my battery, and fixed a windscreen washer leak at no extra charge. Truly went above and beyond for me, even though I'm not local and sadly won't be able to be a repeat customer. Everyone was really friendly and easygoing, I felt really well looked after and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable mechanics in Cardiff. Big thanks to the team for getting me back on the road – I made it up to Scotland no issues!”
