Honest assessment of work needed, fair and transparent pricing, updates from your car as work progresses via WhatsApp messaging and videos. Great service, friendly team. My car has gone in for servicing, MOT, ad-hoc investigations and repairs. Unlikely to even want to look anywhere else now that we have found and used ICS the last 18 months or so. Recommended.”

“Called in on Monday to discuss engine issues. Car was diagnosed with dpf sensor problems. I ordered the part and re-visited to make an appointment but there was a space and the repair was done straight away. Plugged back into diagnostic machine and all issues cleared. Just before I was pulling away I asked if the mechanic could tell me what the noise was coming from my steering wheel and again he looked and fixed the issue. Highly recommended especially Mercedes owner as this garage are superb when it comes to Mercs. Will not hesitate to go back”
