“We recently sold our Ford Fiesta though Cazoo and it was a surprisingly good experience. Initially, we used a number of car selling sites to get prices for the Fiesta and Cazoo offered the top price by some margin. So we arranged an appointment at the Bristol Customer Centre in Brislington expecting the price to be reduced on inspection of the car. We were prepared to walk away if the price offered was reduced considerably. On arrival, we were impressed with the luxurious building and the friendly welcome from the staff. We were offered a private room to discuss our car sale. After a lovely coffee and a wait of around 15 minutes whilst they checked over the car, we were told that they would honour the original price offered. They then immediately transfered the money into our bank account. Very impressive from start to finish!”

“I purchased a BMW 220D XDrive in April, I dealt with Ollie who was very professional and made the whole buying experience one to remember. As I was buying the car from a long distance I asked for videos of the car to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. Ollie quickly sent me over plenty of detailed videos which where a great help. Buying the car was the best car buying experience I've had, the car was very well presented and everyone on site was extremely friendly and welcoming. While buying the car I decided to opt for the extended warranty, as I live around 200 miles away from the showroom we discussed how the warranty would work if anything where to happen and it was agreed that I would be able to send the car to a BMW approved garage around in my area. I encountered a few issues with the car after a few months of owning it, spoke to Ollie who replied straight away and was keen to help me get it sorted, booked the car into a BMW specialist and it was all sorted within the week, no arguments about price or who's liability it is- the car is now bang on. We started using them after we were being over charged for "repairs" we didn't need by dealerships, especially in regards to services and MOT's. We find the guys at My Garage honest, polite and really friendly. As a female driver, I've experienced a lot of guys from other garages/ dealerships talking down to me or trying to pull the wool over my eyes regarding "hidden costs" but I've never experienced this at My Garage.
