We were recommended to Oliver of Collards Caravan & Motorhome Services by our current Service man who was retiring. Contacted Oliver to book a service at the end of the season but then had to call Oliver out as we were going on holiday soon and had been experiencing problems with the Alko hitch and the Whale water pump. He arrived on site and sorted out our issues in an extremely professional and pleasant manner at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
What a service. My caravan, which is stored close to a fence, would not reverse out using a mover as the wheel nearest the fence jammed for some reason and could not be accessed to find out what the problem was. In desperation I called Ollie, he came and after managing to get under the caravan managed to release the wheel and discovered that the brake lining had got stuck to the brake drum. Next day I got the caravan transported to Ollie’s workshop, and by the following day he had replaced the brake shoes on both wheels, and we were ready to go again. My wife and I can’t thank Ollie enough for all his efforts, and would thoroughly recommend him to everyone. John & Lorna

We had the brakes, heating fluid changed and a service done our caravan and we are so pleased! Oliver comes to you and he fully explains everything and takes the time to show what’s needed to be done and we then can make the choice to go ahead. We 100% recommend as we’ve used the main dealers in the past but never have received such good customer service as with this company and they’re cheaper too!
