I was really happy with the service at Caldicot, the deal was the best I could find anywhere and the fitting was quick and convenient.
Staff has been friendly, honest and very helpful despite clearly being short staffed. The guys gave clear and good reasons for the advice they gave.
Had my tracking done here and noticed after 3000 miles that the tyres which had also been fitted had scrubbed out on the inside edges. After my initial discussion I was advised to have the tracking done 4 times a year, REALLY!! I know cars and this is absolute nonsense especially on a car that only covers 5k miles a year, after this comment I’ve decided to part ways. I’ve since had the tracking done and adjusted elsewhere as it was indeed out.
Easy cost effective booking online. The service was good. Everyone was very polite and professional. I have to say this is a better experience than previously at this ATS.
