What a brilliant garage! I had an intermittent fault with my Corsa and had taken it to 3 different garages and got charged a lot of money for different things without the problem being sorted out. I took it to Downend Service Centre and the fault was found straight away and I have had no problems with it ever since. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Took my sons car in due to a noise coming from the engine. New water pump fitted. Excellent customer service as always. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Excellent knowledge of motor vehicles and fantastic attention to detail. So friendly and honest. Would highly recommend. X

As a woman I’ve had some awful experiences with garages - but I always feel safe taking my car here and rely on their honesty and scrutiny on any car I purchase. My car needed an MOT asap and as my usual garage was booked up Downend service centre was able to book me in as soon as. Great honest service, friendly staff and a very reasonably priced MOT! Advice on my cars advisories was also very helpful. Overall, it was a great garage/service centre and I will be using them again!

Needed an MOT urgently the day after The Queen's funeral. The garage managed to get me in the same day and then finish the work required the following day. They were amazing and made a stressful situation a lot easier! Highly recommended.
I used to take my car to the main dealer for it's MOT but I was concerned about the costs they quoted. My mum recommend this place and I've now been coming here for a few years. Their prices are a lot more reasonable and the staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As a woman, I've had my share of mechanics speaking to me like I don't know how a car works, or trying to bamboozle me with technicalities. But here they explain things and aren't condescending with it. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
