Excellent service. Very helpful, knowledgeable and and friendly on the initial phone call. Surprisingly quick sourcing of the required part given some of the estimated dates that other companies had given me. As soon as it arrived they called and let me come in in at very short notice to have the part fitted which also set Chandlers apart from the competition. Overall, a great experience which took the sting out of an unexpected expensive repair.
Excellent service from the moment I first spoke to the company on the phone to picking up my vehicle after the completed work. Consequently I now take both my own, and my wife's vehicle's to chandlers and would not contemplate going anywhere else. I have strongly recommended Chandler Motor Company to my friends and work colleagues too, as word of mouth is a great advertisement, and I know they would be pleased with the excellent level of service and customer satisfaction that Chandler Motor Company provides.
I took my car in as when I braked the car made awful noise. Was quoted £250 to change a pair of brake discs & pads. Thought it sounded expensive. Got another quote and then told them not to do the work. Went to pick up the car and was faced with a £66 bill for "making a diagnosis" that the brake pads/discs had gone. You only had to drive it 5 metres to know that and apparently it took them 1.5 hours to diagnose the problem. Apparently it takes 10 mins to diagnose. I never agreed for them to do any work that was payable. Very bad practice in my opinion. Manager wouldn't give me my car keys back, made me pay in full and when I got visibly upset laughed in my face so not a nice experience at all as a solo female.
