   Tav is an incredibly professional, safe, and friendly driver. He is responsive, reasonable, and helpful. His cars are clean, new, and comfortable. He took us on two separate trips to the Cotswolds and also to Winchester during our travels with him. Tav is also very knowledgeable and should consider adding tours to his drives as well. We traveled from America and would recommend him to anyone.

   This taxi company has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From booking the taxi well in advance for peace of mind for the elderly passenger, allowing a small dog in the taxi, contacting me directly when the passenger had not arrived on the train and they couldn't reach them. Then returning again to collect them from a later train, and refusing any further payment. They have been absolutely fantastic, what exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend.    After looking for a reliable taxi driver in the wiltshire area we found tav's cars. Most professional and friendly taxi driver we have ever come across. Would highly recommend and will not be using any other taxis again. Steve out performs all others in the wiltshire area. If I could rate a 10 I would put 11! Best taxi experience.
