   I think this might be my first ever review, but I felt compelled to write something as it's very rare these days to experience outstanding customer service. My Giulia Q4 had developed several dashboard warnings and braking issues. For safety reasons, I was only able to drive the car to an adjoining road - but Duncan came out to meet me there at barely 7am. I was preparing myself for the worst (maybe a little PTSD from other garage experiences!) ... but around three hours later Duncan called me to tell me that everything was fixed. I went to collect the car and he charged me just £108. Blown away by the integrity, the skill, and the speed. This business is a gem.

   Duncan replaced the U-joints and centre bearing of the drive shaft of my classic 105 Spider. A PITA job to do but he managed it and she runs beautifully again! He is genuinely a nice guy and well knowledged Alfa mechanic. Not many like him around anymore.

   Duncan was recommended to me by a fellow Alfa owner. I'm so glad his garage is close to me and he will now be my 'go to guy' for all my Giulietta's needs. Yesterday he did my service, cam belt change and water pump for a really good price, in great time and explained everything he'd done. He is a really nice guy too and that in itself is enough for him to have many returning customers for thier cherished vehicles requirements. Proud to say I'm a customer of his now too!
