   Repeatedly failed to return my VW Polo BLUE in a usable condition. I never walked away with confidence, I was always thinking "what messups can I forsee?" One tire replacement ended up with my tracking so messed I was driving straight with my steering wheel at 45°(degrees)! Yeah they fixed it free of charge and as soon as I reported it... Only after id driven to Andover and back expecting a working vehicle. Part Fitters at best, pit crew when you call them out. Wouldn't trust them with a shopping trolley

   The team there are brilliant with advice and always try to accommodate my complex diary. Most recently making a real effort to diagnose a fault immediately and then repair as soon as they could. Can't fault them, I will continue to use although I hope I don't need to until my next MOT/Service!
