My car was due back on the 27th of March, I had a call saying not all the parts had turned up and they were looking at Friday the 28th of March. I then get a phone call in the morning of the 28th saying they were waiting on a headlight as it had turned up broken, I said to the lady who called that's ok as being in the trade there will be an afternoon parts van with another surely so I should get the car back. After which I got a bit of stuttering and was told they will ring in the afternoon. I was not filled with confidence from this call and know I was being fobbed off and lied too. I get a second phone call at 16.15 saying another headlight turned up broken (How's your luck right !) in the same place aswell ! and it would now be Monday for the car. So basically I stayed home all day and Halo Westbury fobbed me off and lied, knowing I wouldn't get the car back. Thanks for a ruined weekend.
Very impressed with speed of turnaround. Super friendly staff. Very pleased with repair, minor problem with shut line gap 'twixt n/s wing and bonnet.. (hyper critical). Driver took car straight back for adjustment and returned with it satisfactorily adjusted. Well done HALO very pleased to recommend and endorse at any time.

The service and support from this branch of Halo has been exceptional and in particular I would like to give a big shout out to Martin. This was a follow-up to some work I had done at the Stoke-on-Trent office as the air conditioning had failed. Westbury Branch couldn't have been more accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning-I was given a courtesy car and I collected my car that afternoon. It's rare to find such friendly, efficient and welcoming service and for that I'm truly grateful. What a fantastic service this week from Martin and the team at Halo in Westbury. Car went in with damage to both passenger side doors, arrived and met with a very friendly and professional team. Car was turned around very quickly and ready to pick up 3 days later. Arrived to pick it up and again very friendly greeting, the repair was second to none and you would not of known there had been any damage to car. Would completely recommend these as a place to get t you’re car repair should you ever need to.
