I contacted LM Autocare for a quote and was told they would call me back. Unfortunately, they never did. I waited several days with no update. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. If they can’t follow through on a simple call back, I’d be worried about trusting them with my car. I have recently entrusted the MOT work on both of these vehicles 31 and 29 years old respectively. Both passed their MOT's recently and LM have also, in the case of the motorhome undertaken all the necessary advisories. Nothing is too much trouble for Michelle and Luke, superb service and value for money. My two old stagers have finally found their forever garage....
Michelle and the team came up trumps again helping sort an issue with our car that suddenly appeared, they fitted us in quickly and resolved teh issue with good advice and solutions being discussed with us rather than doing all the work and slapping us with a large Invoice. Great service and garage, strongly reccomend.
Initially I wanted to give 1 star but I'm too nice, so I'll go to 3 stars. I phoned to ask the price to replace my break pads. The lady at the other end, said she will find out and call me back. Almost a week passed and haven't heard back. I decided to try again. Spoke to a guy this time, he asked her as she was next to him, I believe. He said to me that she's on it, and she'll definitely contact me with the quote. 2 weeks later and pads replaced in another garage by then, and still didn't hear back. LM Autocare, look into it mate, as it's pretty rubbish for you to get bad reviews based on your receptionist not doing her job properly.

I have been using L&M Autocare for about 5 years and they have been absolutely brilliant. Their prices have always been extremely competitive but more importantly they have always given me honest advise, ie if something doesnt really need doing they will tell me that, unlike another local garage that I used to use. They have been more than helpful on several occasions aswell when I have just called in with something urgent, and even not charged me for something small. I trust them 200% with my car and I have peace of mind that they wont be charging anymore than what is a very fair price. Would never go anywhere else, highly recommend.
