   Had to have an emergency tyre replacement, due to a puncture, whilst visiting Bath. Thankfully we weren’t far from this place and it was an extremely pleasant and positive experience! Thank you to all of you, it was a real pleasure to deal with the knowledgeable and professional guys behind the counter and it was also a refreshing change to see a clean, well organised and extremely well run business, keep up the good work and best of luck for the future of this great family owned and run company.

   Fantastic service at 5pm on a Sunday. Made a temporary repair to get back to our campsite, then ordered a tyre which was delivered and fitted by 8.30 the next morning. Very reasonable out-of-hours fees, friendly and organised. Thoroughly recommend.

   I ran over a rock and popped my tire behind Monkton prep school, carried on down the road and found this garage. As a woman, I didn't feel like I was treated any differently, I was charged a fair price for a new tire and everything was explained to me when I asked. As a single woman it can be daunting going into garages and you can often feel taken advantage of if you don't have a basic to moderate understanding of cars. However, no question was too annoying or inconvenient. All staff were happy to answer any of my questions in a way that didn't feel patronising or irritated. I have since taken my Mum there for her car issues and once again they were patient and attentive. They did win small business of the year recently and I can certainly see why. Definitely the only garage I will go to now

   I had the absolute worst experience with another mobile mechanic firm that was meant to come out to change a couple tires ahead of a meeting first thing in the morning. The other firm said they'd be there at 10pm, and at 1am stopped communicating and never showed (guy went to bed without telling me...). Marcus from MH Tyres Bath took my desperate call at 1:30am and arranged to come out 6-7am that morning. He showed up on time, with a positive demeanour on a very frosty morning, and was very competent and efficient. I made the very important meeting at 10am- he absolutely saved my ass. And after hearing my horrible tale of the day before threw in a tire upgrade! Could not recommend it enough. Thanks Marcus.

   My wife's car had a slow puncture. Booked in advance, and they repaired it while we waited. Very fast and efficient. The workshop was looking very busy which is a good sign.
