“I had the absolute worst experience with another mobile mechanic firm that was meant to come out to change a couple tires ahead of a meeting first thing in the morning. The other firm said they'd be there at 10pm, and at 1am stopped communicating and never showed (guy went to bed without telling me...). Marcus from MH Tyres Bath took my desperate call at 1:30am and arranged to come out 6-7am that morning. He showed up on time, with a positive demeanour on a very frosty morning, and was very competent and efficient. I made the very important meeting at 10am- he absolutely saved my ass. And after hearing my horrible tale of the day before threw in a tire upgrade! Could not recommend it enough. Thanks Marcus.”

I recently took my car for misfire issue , I was impressed how quickly they diagnosed the issue and replaced the spark plug and they also pointed out that my belt has cracks since it was never charged from dealership ,although I recently did a major service for the car in well known garage not long ago they never mentioned the belt issue which is quite visible or misfire .”

“tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.”

I called them at midday and asked if they were able to repair it asap as I needed to return to Staffordshire that evening. Thankfully, they were able to source the parts quickly and got the job done the same afternoon. Also, while replacing the stud, they found a couple of other issues which required replacement parts and were able do those at the same time. All good 10/10”
