“tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.”

“Great repair service every time we’ve used them for a number of different vehicles. Today they did check of Citroen battery charging after recovery van checks suggested alternator needed replacing. They’d seen similar before and their experience suggested might all be ok. Which it seems to be. Refused payment for their checking. I was impressed.”

“I had to have part of my exhaust replaced here. It was an expensive job, but the mechanic took the trouble to put my car on the lift and show me what he had done and explain why it was necessary - which I appreciated, because otherwise I would have had no idea why the job had cost what it did.”

“Popped in on spec to ask them to work out why tyre deflates slowly over a period of weeks. It was busy with several folks waiting for work to finish on their cars. Took 10 minutes for them to put the car in a bay, diagnose the fault (faulty valve) and replace/ fix it. The alone is five star service but then they said... "No charge" ! Absolutely outstanding service and not the first time.”
