I just went to this garage upon suggestion from a different garage in Bath. I have to say that I am really happy with the work they have done. I had an issue with my clutch and they fixed it in few hours.
Importantly, they came across as really honest. I would definitely go back to them in case my car might need other work in the future. I would totally recommend them.

I've been using this garage for the last 2 years and they've never let me down. Always very kind and prices are very fair. They get the job done quickly, but don't skip on detail. They also let me drop my car off when I start work and pick it up whenever I finish. They even leave my seat back how they found it! Couldn't fault them. Definitely highly recommend.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. We've used this garage for our two cars for different services, but lately one of our cars went through a general check up an service and few things have been changed including oils and a one of the parts I don't remember the name, this was changed and we paid over £500. Later, not long after the service something started bangging and we went to check it but they said they have a first available date in like 3 weeks time, so we went to another mechanic who took it within 2 days. What he found out that the changed part was missing parts and it looked like it was done deliberately to make the oil leakage, very fine to start with, but it did. The other garage had to order the same part, making us paying again, but the whole part was fitted with gaskets or something that was missing from the installation by Combe Down garage. In this position I am unable to stay silent, I know that cetrain things can happen, but we have been told that this was impossible and done deliberately, because that part comes together with the part that was missing and you are unable to order that missing part without the other main one... Very disappointed, had MOT scheduled recently with our other car, but didn't go as don't want to waste my money for this garage any more. Simply NOT recommending any more and warning others to not to use it... The other garages may be slightly further to drive, but it's defo worth it than leaving your car with unprofessional servisants.

Great repair service every time we’ve used them for a number of different vehicles. Today they did check of Citroen battery charging after recovery van checks suggested alternator needed replacing. They’d seen similar before and their experience suggested might all be ok. Which it seems to be. Refused payment for their checking. I was impressed.

Went for a hand break repair and was told it would take 3 days. No communication from the garage to let me know that the parts for my car had not arrived/ordered the wrong part so had to call to find out each day. After a week I collected my car, reasonably priced but very poor communication.
