“Our dishwasher in new build been out of commission since Christmas. Finally got round to looking for a local repair service. Contacted Glen at Washco Appliance Repair before the weekend and boom - dishwasher fixed. Glen arrived as promised Monday morning. Before he came he gave an indication of what he thought it might be and associated cost. Can’t recommend enough - wish we’d contacted him 6 months ago - then again we did get very efficient with using less plates at dinner and washing everything by hand quickly!! Thanks again. Would highly recommend.”

“I had the absolute worst experience with another mobile mechanic firm that was meant to come out to change a couple tires ahead of a meeting first thing in the morning. The other firm said they'd be there at 10pm, and at 1am stopped communicating and never showed (guy went to bed without telling me...). Marcus from MH Tyres Bath took my desperate call at 1:30am and arranged to come out 6-7am that morning. He showed up on time, with a positive demeanour on a very frosty morning, and was very competent and efficient. I made the very important meeting at 10am- he absolutely saved my ass. And after hearing my horrible tale of the day before threw in a tire upgrade! Could not recommend it enough. Thanks Marcus.”

“Friendly team and welcoming staff it’s my top garages in the area. I recently took my car for misfire issue , I was impressed how quickly they diagnosed the issue and replaced the spark plug and they also pointed out that my belt has cracks since it was never charged from dealership ,although I recently did a major service for the car in well known garage not long ago they never mentioned the belt issue which is quite visible or misfire .”

“I've used Greensmart on two occasions this year. The first was an emergency call out after DIY gone wrong. They came highly recommended from another company who were unable to help me on the day. The issue was resolved quickly and the place left tidy. Damian was very polite, professional and communicative. After my good experience, when it came to getting my boiler service I went back to them for a quote. I received a quote back very quickly and was able to book in within a week, at a time that suited me. Damian came within the 4hr time window I was given at booking. Additionally, I received a text to let me know he was on his way. He listen and investigated my concerns. I was shown the best settings for energy efficiency, which is handy with the increasing cost. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.”

“It's a good place to inexpensively rent specialized tools, appliances, and electronics that you have a one-time need for. Very well organised. The flatbed scanner we checked out online was ready to pick up when we got there. Friendly, helpful people, and everyone - customers and volunteers - seemed to be enjoying themselves. In our society of disposable and single-use items, and people renting storage units because they have too much "stuff," we need many more places like this!”

“tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.”

“Excellent repair of the cracks in the shower base. Repair barely visible and you wouldn’t really notice unless you knew it was there. The shower base is slightly lumpy where it was repaired to strengthen the base. Overall a great job and infinitely superior to our previous DIY attempts.”

“FANTASTIC and very professional service at Westgate repair, I highly recommend. In the past I have taken phones with cracked screens which have been sorted quickly. All Good. This time I took my HP laptop to replace the damaged touch screen - not a problem, all fixed. So I decided to ask about my MacBook Air which after hours with Apple consultants had been diagnosed as 'vintage' and unfixable. Although this MacBook would no longer even power on, Westgate Repair said 'no dramas we can fix that. Not a problem'. TBH I was a bit dubious, seemed too good to be true.But hey presto I am now writing this review from my smooth running 'vintage' Mac, installed with the latest software and running perfectly. I know the guys at Westgate went above and beyond trouble shooting and finding the cause of the issues but they 100% go against the tide of Apple's appalling and dishonest 'throw away' culture. So a BIG thank you to Westgate Repairs and I am spreading the word that MacBooks etc despite what Apple will tell you, CAN be fixed.”
