I've been using BMs for years now and I can't imagine using anyone else. Always honest and happy to help someone like me with no mechanical knowledge. I used them for years with my first car and when I stupidly bought an import they have helped me so much with negotiating getting parts etc. too class and great humans no corporate rubbish no hidden fees just good honest garage

Quoted over Β£700 to replace front discs/pads and fix a known fault by main dealer. Took it here and ended up paying less than half, including a full valet from the car wash next door. This place deserves all the positive reviews. Iβd give it 6 stars if I could and will return to sort the rear brakes in a few months!

My driver's door window mechanism failed whilst I was staying with family in Brislington..car left with the window wide open, so not motorway worthy. These guys managed to fit me in at short notice (a couple of days) thinking just to wedge the window up temporarily. In the end, they managed to source the part quickly, rang me with a price and did the whole repair efficiently, all ready the next morning. All without drama and for a very fair price. So, stress over...a very good experience for me. Thanks Brislington Motors! I'll make sure my family in Brislington know!

Absolutely amazing service, Neil and the team fixed the car same day when I was told by another dealer that they wouldnβt be able to fix for at least 3 weeks. 10/10 recommend!

Pros: - Booking in was easy and the lady on the phone was very helpful. - Work was done quickly. Cons: - Called me to say failed MOT and what work needed to be done but didnβt call to say the work had been completed, and I had to call 6 times before someone picked up 20 minutes before they closed so had to rush down to pick up my car. - The price was quoted without VAT which I didnβt find out until I went to pay and it was Β£50 more than I was expecting. - Didnβt bother putting the locking wheel nut and manual back in the glove box, just left them thrown on the passenger seat. Iβm pretty used to communication being bad with most garages and having to call to find out whatβs going on but this takes the biscuit. I canβt fault the work and everyone I did manage to speak to was polite and the woman was especially nice. Price seemed reasonable but the extra VAT was a nasty and unnecessary surprise, just tell me the full cost. Overall just OK in the grand scheme of garages.

Awesome team. Professional, friendly and fairly priced. They never tried to over charge me or fix anything that was not needed. Also they always explain things to me so I understand. It has become my trusted garage.

I managed to get a flat tyre on the way to work and pulled in a side road to change it where I had the huge fortune to stop outside BMS. Not only did they pop my spare on for me so I could get to work they fitted a new tyre when I returned at lunchtime and were incredibly kind, quick and very reasonably priced. If I ever have a flat again I know where I'm heading

Even though I don't live in Brislington I bring my car to this garage because they go above and beyond to help and have kept my car running smoothly for a few years now. Fair prices and effective service, I highly recommend!
