He is so confident in the water and the focus on safety gives us sense a reassurance. He absolutely loves swimming and it’s something that we love to do together. For me, it made sure I did some valuable stretches (I didn’t even realise I needed them until we did them!) and helped me start a gentle reintro to movement and recovery with some ideas on how to fit it in with a FOMO baby! My little one loved it even more - all the songs, movement and especially watching Hannah! He had his best naps after the class so well worth it for the good sleep too. Would highly recommend the class and Hannah as instructor!”

I find it reassuring to know what treatment and expenses to expect from my visits. Robbie seems very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. It is clear that patient care is in focus and I never felt pressured to follow any of his suggestions. I was equally impressed by Jess the hygienist. She immediately identified the causes for my teeth issues which no other dentist/hygienist have managed before. She took her time to explain and advise and her expertise was very impressive. The receptionist is always friendly and in general I feel very comfortable and relaxed when visiting which is quite an achievement from a dentist practice.”

All the other shops in Bath can be found in any old city centre, selling the same tat found in any other city centre. Medusa Fossils brings a refreshing retail experience, selling a great selection of high quality crystals and fossils that can't be found just anywhere on the high street. It's a real treat being able to visit Medusa with such reasonable prices as well.”

“Excellent! We are an independent boarding school and used this clinic for a number of our children who needed PCR tests prior to flying home for the Christmas holidays. The online appointments were easy to book and the service was excellent. Results were back much more quickly than expected, apart from one. When we chased this, we had a result emailed to us within 5 minutes. “Heartfelt Gratitude for Outstanding Medical Care in Bath I usually never leave reviews, but this time I feel the need to express my deepest appreciation for this extraordinary facility. On July 31, 2025, my wife and I were in Bath on a leisure trip, with the main purpose of visiting our three children who were attending a study abroad program at a college within the University of Bath. Shortly after our arrival, our eldest son (16 years old) informed us of a physical issue involving his younger brother. After an initial consultation with the college’s medical staff, we decided to take our youngest son to the hospital in Bath for a more thorough check-up. We went to the emergency room with what seemed like a minor issue, but the medical staff immediately took charge of our 12-year-old son (who was celebrating his birthday that very day) with great care, professionalism, and genuine dedication. After a series of exams, we were told that emergency surgery was necessary to prevent the loss of a vital organ. We were devastated – not only deeply concerned for our son’s health, but also overwhelmed by being far from home, in a foreign country. Still, we found strength and were guided every step of the way by the amazing medical team, including doctors, nurses, and anesthetists. They never let our morale drop and were by our side at all times leading up to the surgery. They allowed us to stay with our son right up until the moment of anesthesia, making sure he never lost visual contact with us and never felt anxious or afraid. Truly remarkable people. We entrusted our son to their capable hands, and they successfully saved the organ and ensured an impeccable recovery. Throughout the process, we were constantly informed and supported with empathy and clarity. In conclusion, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the incredible doctors and nurses at this hospital.
