Frankie is great. Incredibly knowledgeable and calm, but very real too. She zapped an annoying mole and it was painless and I completely trusted her assessment of how to deal with it. She was careful, precise and kept checking in with me. Can't believe how long I've lived with that mole! 30 mins and it's on its way out of my life!
