We have been seeing Amber around a year. Amber has been fantastic in helping us and our daughter with strong emotions and building self esteem. Amber is fantastic at interacting and engaging with our daughter and has given us great advice and tools that we can use as a family. Amber shows genuine understanding and there is no judgement just excellent advice. We would highly recommend her.

My son had severe anxiety leading to school avoidance. His school attendance wasn't great and he was falling behind in lessons. He was getting into trouble and finding it difficult to control some of his emotions in lessons. Since his sessions with Amber, Theo's ability to cope with his anxiety has improved enormously. He looks forward to being able to talk to someone who understands him and she's given him techniques for coping. She has a way of getting to the route of issues and my son feels so comfortable opening up. He's approaching GCSE 's now and his school attendance since seeing Amber has improved so much. He's learnt how to diffuse difficult situations at school himself. Amber has liaised with school and advised on coping strategies. We are very grateful for her expertise.

Amber was great when we approached her to work with our child. The introductory session went well and I felt confident that she would be able to talk to my child in a way that she understood and could then act upon. We have been working with Amber for over a year due to my child's anxiety. This is triggered by a multitudeΒ of reasons and we have had to work on these individually, each has been given timeΒ and attention. As a result her anxiety is at a lower level and school is manageableΒ as well as goingΒ out again as a family. The consistency of her presence has definitely led to this and having a voice I can refer to. It is helpful to be present as part of the sessions, it means you can use the same language and work on any strategies more effectively.

Amber has provided invaluable support to our son. After just a few sessions, he started to believe in himself and display a certain calm and confidence to tackle the areas he needed to work on. Amber really encouraged him to believe in himself and recognise his unique qualities. Iβd highly recommend Amber. She relates to children and teenagers so easily and quickly that it only takes a handful of sessions to make a real lasting difference. She will be their biggest supporter!

Our child was suffering with violent mood swings and anger at home although seemed to be getting on fine at School. He was masking his behaviour and it felt like he was taking it out on us, his family. Amber was a lifeline for us and she truly gave us back our beautiful loving son. He now has more confidence and can more clearly communicate to us how he is feeling and we are able to discuss ways to resolve his issues before they blow up. I can't recommend Amber enough and if any of our children display worrying behavioural signs in the future we will be sure to be back.

Amber volunteers her time with Bath Rugby Foundation at our alternative learning hub. Amber's dedication to our students is incredible. The feedback we receive to say that she has really helped them turn around some very tough situations is heart waring to hear. There is no doubt in my mind that Amber could support your child.

Amber has helped our teenage son recognise the cause of his anger and to manage the anxiety behind it. He comes away from each session with a positive attitude and we can see an enormous improvement in his anger management and general attitude to life. He takes more responsibility for his own behaviour and better understands how to manage the things that have caused anxiety in the past. We would have no hesitation in recommending Amber to others.

I would highly recommend Amber for any family seeking a bit of guidance and support for their children or young family members. My daughter has recently had several sessions with Amber to help her build upon her confidence and self esteem. We both found Amber very approachable, experienced and insightful. She made my daughter feel it was a safe space for her to talk through her feelings and Amber gave really useful and practical advice and tips to build on confidence in every day life. My daughter has learnt some new ways to build on her resilience and has been putting these into practice every day. She really felt that Amber listened and heard her when she had each session and came away each time feeling better with in herself. I would like to thank Amber for all her hard work working alongside my daughter.
