“By far the best place I have ever tried to help my shoulders! I booked an appointment with James after suffering with lots of pain in my right shoulder and arm. I was so so impressed with the level of care I received and the treatment. James explained the problem to me and I finally understand why I suffer with the pain. I am a lot more conscious of what caused the pain. I am waiting for payday before booking another appointment. I am desperate to go back! My appointment was excellent value for money. James was so patient and really listened to the problem I was suffering. He pinpointed where the pain was coming from straight away. I have tried a chiropractor in the past and regular massages but this is by far the best appointment I have had. Would highly recommend this clinic.”

Medusa Fossils brings a refreshing retail experience, selling a great selection of high quality crystals and fossils that can't be found just anywhere on the high street. It's a real treat being able to visit Medusa with such reasonable prices as well.”

“I can’t thank Dr. Kate and nurse Katie enough for the incredible care they gave my cat, Pop Chip. Also I want to thank the lovely Raven, a care assistant, who was working reception that day - she took the time to explain how it would all work, even though she was juggling lots of tasks! They performed a very thorough dental procedure on Pops, and I’m in awe of the quality of their work — his stitches are so neat and tidy, especially considering how small and delicate the area is. It’s a work of artistry and precision! Pop Chip is not the easiest patient - he’s extremely anxious and fearful of people after being rescued from an abusive home by the RSPCA last year. We only adopted him not long ago too. Despite this, Dr. Kate and nurse Katie handled him with such patience and kindness. They even managed to take blood from his tiny veins and wrangle him back into his carrier, which is no small feat! He’s recovering well from his tooth extractions, and I felt completely supported thanks to the detailed post-op care instructions they provided. I honestly couldn’t have wished for better dental work or more compassionate care. Thank you so much for looking after my little guy so well!”

“Wow. I took my very sick cat here. I got the most exceptional help from the vet Lucie. She was so kind and helpful, and sympathetic to the difficult situation I faced with a sick pet. I cannot imagine someone more helpful! That is not to say that the cat is better (it's not) but at least I feel that I have had very good advice. I would strongly recommend Lucie to anyone facing this kind of challenge.”

“Excellent! We are an independent boarding school and used this clinic for a number of our children who needed PCR tests prior to flying home for the Christmas holidays. The online appointments were easy to book and the service was excellent. Results were back much more quickly than expected, apart from one. When we chased this, we had a result emailed to us within 5 minutes. The responsibility for ensuring our children could fly home for Christmas was huge and we had already been let down by one postal company (despite paying separately for a courier).
