“Heartfelt Gratitude for Outstanding Medical Care in Bath I usually never leave reviews, but this time I feel the need to express my deepest appreciation for this extraordinary facility. On July 31, 2025, my wife and I were in Bath on a leisure trip, with the main purpose of visiting our three children who were attending a study abroad program at a college within the University of Bath. Shortly after our arrival, our eldest son (16 years old) informed us of a physical issue involving his younger brother. After an initial consultation with the college’s medical staff, we decided to take our youngest son to the hospital in Bath for a more thorough check-up. We went to the emergency room with what seemed like a minor issue, but the medical staff immediately took charge of our 12-year-old son (who was celebrating his birthday that very day) with great care, professionalism, and genuine dedication. After a series of exams, we were told that emergency surgery was necessary to prevent the loss of a vital organ. We were devastated – not only deeply concerned for our son’s health, but also overwhelmed by being far from home, in a foreign country. Still, we found strength and were guided every step of the way by the amazing medical team, including doctors, nurses, and anesthetists. They never let our morale drop and were by our side at all times leading up to the surgery. They allowed us to stay with our son right up until the moment of anesthesia, making sure he never lost visual contact with us and never felt anxious or afraid. Truly remarkable people. We entrusted our son to their capable hands, and they successfully saved the organ and ensured an impeccable recovery. Throughout the process, we were constantly informed and supported with empathy and clarity. In conclusion, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the incredible doctors and nurses at this hospital. You made a dramatic moment feel lighter, and your top-tier professionalism will never be forgotten. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“Wow! Massage with Sophie was certainly an experience. I was on a mat, shiatsu style, and was pushed, pulled, squashed and stretched. Sometimes it tested my boundaries, but I was able to stay with it. I asked for a pummelling. I got what I needed and was left feeling very alive.
