βWe booked Dave for our sons 6th Birthday party and it was a great decision. Beforehand he was very helpful and very responsive to emails, he even customised the music as our son is a little rocker! The party itself was great, Dave took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy the party, the show was very engaging and the kids loved it. Would 100% recommend Dave and would definitely book him again, thanks Dave!β
βThe attention to detail and professionalism of Bath Theatre School performances is second to none. My son has loved being a part of the recent show, Les Miserables. Its been amazing for his confidence and he is now loves performing! Thank you so much!β
βWe have been swimming with Puddle Ducks since our son was 10 weeks old, and he is now 3. He has come on leaps and bounds (quite literally!) He is so confident in the water and the focus on safety gives us sense a reassurance. He absolutely loves swimming and itβs something that we love to do together. The teachers are all amazing (and weβve particularly loved having Carly and Vicki) and are so passionate, they also make the classes so fun. Thank you Puddle Ducks!β
βI have been playing a guitar for 12 years, being self taught and never taken guitar lessons before I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I have found John to be a vastly experienced teacher with a wealth of knowledge and resources that can cater to a variety of styles that has challenged me and improved my technique. He offers great flexibility and can accomodate my, at times, sporadic schedule. An easy-going and great teacher.β
βI've been going to salsa souls for the last 4 years (coming up to 5) and every time I go I come out with a smile on my face. Stellan is a fantastic dance teacher and brings the whole room together. I've seen so much improvement in myself and other students - he really cares about your technique and patiently shows you how to advance. Thanks to him and his lessons over the years, I have so much more confidence and have been able to dance salsa in different countries, including Colombia. If you want to start a new hobby, have fun and learn how to salsa dance well, join Salsa Souls :)β
βStaff at the Music Workshop and Coffeehouse inside the Green Park Station are always super welcoming and friendly! Would really recommend a stop by for a good coffee!β
βMore gyms in one place than I've ever seen, and uni gyms weren't like these in my day! Oh what a time to be alive. And a student.β
βIβd really wanted to get into guitar for years and Iβve found Richard to be an amazing gateway and teacher! I really enjoy playing some of my favourite songs (lots of Bowie ;)) and Iβve even had the chance to play in open mic nights which Iβve really enjoyed.β
βIf I could give you six stars, I would! In the sixteen months I've been training here I've experienced continual and lasting improvement in my physical fitness and overall wellbeing - I've lost weight, gained confidence, made friends and I've never felt better! For years I longed to learn a martial art; partly for the self-defence aspect, partly for the more meditative benefits, but mainly because I thought it seemed like really good fun. But for a long time I was too nervous to join a class because I thought I wasn't fit enough. When I found out that Kung Fu Fit offer your first class for free I took the plunge and I've been hooked ever since. Give it a try - you won't regret it!β
βA wonderful evening at Bath Ceroc- always a good time guaranteed! No need to bring a partner. No dancing experience required! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. A great social event every Thursday in Bath!β

βSuch a wonderful, friendly and inclusive dance school. The adult classes are brilliant for all and the teaching staff are fantastic.β
βMy family and I stayed here the night before my wedding. Debbie and Nigel were the loveliest hosts and added so many special touches to my room and in the morning Debbie was totally happy with all my bridesmaids and makeup team decending on the dining room! The rooms and are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious! I really reccomend staying here. I know I'll come back with my new husband!β
βI am a parent of student of Sue Hill Dance School, but as often as possible we go to shows of BDC Theatre College Bath Dance. The performances are absolutely fantastic, giving us full of different emotions, from laughing to crying. Every show touching our hearts as every show is it a story. With some of the stories we have been identified, feel it and take it home. The professionalism of these performances is truly at a high level, refined in every detail. And the musicβ¦..music perfectly matched.β
βRichard and the team have been amazing and provided so much support and extra knowledge. The one week intensive level 3 course has been amazing and I'll definitely be back as soon as I can for level 4 ! Definitely recommend for getting a great level of knowledge and great way of teaching SMT.β
βGreat multi faceted space. I was there for hema club (historical European martial arts) great place to train with good facilities for water.β
βWhat a wonderful place for your child to learn to dance. My daughter has done both ballet and modern for many years. She has thrived with exceptional teachers. The Curtis School of Dance has just the right balance of warmth, enthusiasm, high standards, creativity and passion so that students flourish and grow in their abilities. My daughter has gained what I hope will be a life long love and appreciation of ballet. We have been delighted with the lessons, the shows, the pantos, watching week and even doing the exams! I am so grateful for the positive, affirming atmosphere that they manage to create - it makes a difference.β
βWe visited Bath Spa University for an open day. We were totally taken aback by the outstanding rural setting, considering its proximity to the built up, World Heritage Site, Bath. Newton Park's Main House, built for Joseph Langton from 1762-1765 set in Capability Brown gardens and leased from the Prince of Wales, is Grade 1 listed. The site has been expanded over the years. with sympathetic and contemporary additions, to make up the campus present today. The staff and pupils were amazing. What a gem!β
βBecause it is an awesome school and it is really fun there and people there are just so niceβ
βUseful car park - no longer limited to 3 hours and plenty of 7kW chargers on level B2 (but need to log on to Waitrose WiFi to connect PodPoint app). Store has a good range of groceries and household items. Self-service and staffed checkouts.β
βLovely friendly football club. we were on a stag party had a meal before the game and were looked after very well. Plus Bath City won.β
βHaving studied Shiatsu at another school for one and a half years, I took a three month taster course with Frank Davies of Bath School of Shiatsu and Yoga. In terms of Shiatsu techniques, I can truthfully say I learned more in those three months with him than I'd learned in a year and a half with my previous school. Such was the force of this realisation, I decided to go back to the first year with him and start my learning journey right from the beginning again - and this has been a very good decision! Frank's integration of Yoga - which I am not good at - and emphasis on posture makes the process of giving Shiatsu not only more comfortable as a practitioner, but a more fluid and enjoyable experience for the recipient. As a tutor Frank is exacting. But the consistency of his approach to teaching and his immense encouragement builds my confidence, and also my hunger to learn more and more. His passion for what he does is infectious and his sense of humour fills our beautiful workspace. Beyond that, his love for his students is tangible. And his patience... I'll admit I must have tested this in him, but have been met only with kindness and further encouragement. I can't recommend this course more highly. It has changed my life, and I have a huge sense of gratitude for this.β
βI began group lessons with the Bath School of Ukulele just a few months ago and canβt believe how much my playing has improved. Much to my amazement, I gained a distinction in my Grade 3 examination, something I never would have thought possible before meeting Angelique and Lucy. Iβm now enjoying the ukulele so much more and regularly playing with my partner at local music nights. Really friendly groups and great value lessons, with additional support if needed. I would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their playing. Give it a go, who knows what you might achieve!β
βWe could not fault Buttercup Barn with their staff. We have been there 4 years and both our children have loved every single minute there. They have come on leaps and bounds with their knowledge, education and are fully supported emotionally and physically every step of the way. We personally couldnβt recommend anywhere better for our children. Thank you so much!β
βI had my first singing lesson with Graham this week and he is AMAZING. I felt so anxious but he put me right at ease and by the end I really went for it. Highly recommended and can't wait for my next lesson :)β
βCurtain Up is an incredible theatre school with great tutoring in drama, singing and dance. I have been at Curtain Up for three years and have enjoyed every minute of my time there. All of the staff are welcoming and professional, ensuring the students learn and develop to the best of their abilities. The regular productions performed by Curtain Up have won numerous awards and nominations from Rose Bowl and NODA. The annual summer schools held by Curtain Up are outstanding, exciting and very fun. The summer school show this year was Les Mis and it was the best two weeks of my summer holiday. Highly recommend!β
βGreat to see so much information for new and existing parents. Love the latest news and regularly updated events.β
