Good for shopping but not much verity in the cafe. There's only one urinal and one cubicle in the mens and only 3 in the ladys, so a lot of waiting to use the facilities. A shop that size needs more toilet area

    1. OUTSTANDING personnel in Bath store! Kudos to this staff! 2. Extremely difficult to access the store by car. Parking is chock a block full and NOT FREE for Waitrose customers...why? Disappointing. 3. Meat & cheese counters were a very big disappointment. Minimal choices available. 4. Cafetería has been removed. No sitting for a tea & pastry...disappointing. 5. Would I return? Sorry, but no!

Useful car park - no longer limited to 3 hours and plenty of 7kW chargers on level B2 (but need to log on to Waitrose WiFi to connect PodPoint app). Store has a good range of groceries and household items. Self-service and staffed checkouts.

Went in today to grab a quick drink after my run. Asked a member of staff where I could find iced coffee and literally within 5 seconds, a security guard appears and offers his help instead. Leaves the member of staff speechless too. Not only was he ill-mannered and intimidating, but he had no clue where the item was either. Another time roughly a year ago, I was told to look harder when I was in a similar situation by someone else. I've been shopping at Waitrose on and off for the last few years and this is the second horrific experience I have. Why would a security guard who's meant to look after the store's safety, come at me out of no where, offer his help (given he's not a member of staff and has no clue where stock is) and do absolutely nothing to help me at the end. Just thinking how many customers have been intimidated by this man, seriously, I'm not going in there again. From having a lovely day, I left the store feeling intimidated and annoyed. To make it worse, he appeared (out of no where again) when I was at the self-service saying he's found it. Does this man know what he's meant to be doing in the first place and how he's meant to speak to customers? I was never meant to be served by him in the first place.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at Waitrose Bath today. You’d expect a store with such a strong reputation to offer smooth service—but unfortunately, my visit was anything but. I asked a staff member where I could buy a coffee to drink immediately. He directed me to the coffee aisle, and when I asked again, he pointed me toward the self-service machine—without explaining that it’s only available to members and requires you to bring your own cup. I queued up, only to find out at the front that I couldn’t get a coffee. I then approached the customer service desk and asked where I could grab a coffee and snack. I was sent upstairs, again with no mention that the toilets were out of order due to vandalism the day before. It’s unacceptable to continue serving food and drinks without providing working toilet facilities—or at the very least, informing customers upfront. This experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. It’s a reminder that even well-known brands can fall short when it comes to basic customer care. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and improve communication and service moving forward.

Great experience a couple of weeks ago when one of the team helped our 2 year old who was causing some mischief in the shop. We later saw her again and she gave him a gingerbread man which he was ecstatic about - pretty much made his day! Unexpected but nice touch - a big thank you

I recently visited the Bath Waitrose and was impressed by the store's overall atmosphere and offerings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well organised. The food and beverage selection was fantastic and extensive, with a wide range of fresh produce and baked goods. I especially appreciated the multitude of vegan food options offered in both the refrigerated and frozen sections of the store. Prices also seem reasonable, with further discounts available with the use of the Waitrose app. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience and will definitely be returning to the Bath Waitrose in the future.

My visit was great, and if you like liver pate, the goose pate was the best I've ever had. I believe I can not find this one in USA.

What a pleasant place to buy food. Such a spacious store with a good selection of items and homewares. The prices are a bit steep but the quality of most of the items helps offset this. Parking is cramped and dark but the rest of the experience here is very good. Well done

Personally it's about the location wich puts me off if it was on the outside of the centre it would be easier to get to by car if I was doing a proper shop there but I just use it if feeling hungry or thirsty and passing by it is good and well stocked shop with a good range of products so you will likely get what your after but for me I'm hardly ever at that end of bath so very rare for me to go in there
