   Today at Midsomer Norton Tesco I was so pleased with staff who were helpful and kind. At the check out after putting all the shopping on conveyor belt realised I had forgotten my purse. The woman on the checkout (19) just taken over (2pmish) was calm and kind. She packed my shopping and put it on suspension until my husband turned up with my purse. The young girl on Customer Service was equal as patient and pleasant. Thank you

   I am a regular customer and often do large shops at misomer norton. Yesterday, I spent £325.00 as I purchased addional Christmas gift sets etc, with gift vouchers. After paying for Mt shopping, I was walking out of the store when the security guard asked me if I had a receipt for my shopping. I was taken aback by this as the detector had not gone off. I happily showed him my very long receipt. He didn't even bother looking at the receipt, just kept looking at my shopping. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life! I certainly will NOT be returning after being treated so appallingly.

   Staff are awesome, lovely supermarket and always has well stocked shelves. Would have been a 5 star review but EVERY SINGLE TIME I use the self scan (handheld reader) I am forced to have a check by staff, making a seamless exit painful as rescanning 100+ items of shopping is a waste of time. The staff hate doing it as well. Tesco need to get smarter.

   I wouldn't waste your precious time on even stepping foot inside this store. 90% of the staff work very hard daily with smiles and happiness. The 10% manage to be that disgusting towards customers that it puts you off ever going again. From being accused of stealing bags. To have them complain that a customer has waited for ages to even be seen. It baffles me that certain people are even allowed to be in a customer service position. I will be voting with my feet and shopping else where. Anywhere else is far superior. Even other tescos in the area have better staff produce and ambience

   Since the store has been revamped the dates seem quite short and quite often there are items out of stock. Have stopped click and collect as you really have to hunt for dates that suit a weekly shop. So was often finding things were expiring at the same time early in the week. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

   The dark haired woman with the 'Karen' haircut, who supervises the scan as you shop tills, is utterly lazy. If you need assistance she either looks at you like something she's stepped in on the street or she carries on having a chat with her friends, before she will come over. Needs training or sacking

   This shop has really gone down hill lately. Frequent gaps on many shelves and the staff seem less happy and helpful. Tesco seem to be making false economies on stocking and staff care.

   Had a great time there, lovely toilets and bakery, not at the same time lol! Only thing I would mention to push it five stars would be to do employ more people from the Midsommer Norton/Radstock area.

   Shopping at this Tesco store isn’t the easiest in my opinion I found that the end of the isles closest to the tills are too close to the tills, any form of queue that builds up can make it difficult to weave in and out of peoples way. The staff didn’t look happy to be working the bank holiday with minimal interaction from the staff that we encountered. Visiting this store only out of convenience not out of personal preference.
