   Went in today and had heard some management talking over their headsets very unprofessionally and laughing at god knows what. Barely paying attention to their surroundings. Poor management.

   I rate Iceland for their range & quality of products, but I just wish their staff were more 'customer friendly'. Kingswood shop is the worst in this area, but overall, they could all do with some 'customer care' training

   A large store with plenty to choose from. Very helpful staff that knew where items were that I was looking for. I went in just before closing on a Sunday so unsure of how busy it is at peak time.

   I’ve been shopping at Iceland for many years & the service has always been very good. The staff are always happy & willing to assist customers if they can. They are extremely courteous & polite sometimes offering helpful & useful advice as well. The food at Iceland is excellent value for money especially if you’re on a tight budget. They cater really well for people are vegan & vegetarian who might be on a plant based diet. I’d highly recommend to all family & friends
