“Such a great experience with Claire having our daughter’s feet cast. Appointment went really smoothly and we’re so pleased with how the finished product turned out. We went for a box frame - really solid. Such a precious keepsake proudly on display.”
“Great place to buy everyday products in bulk, helps local business, reduce plastic usage. Many prices are comparable to supermarkets if not cheaper so would highly recommend visiting. Staff is also very nice and helpful!”
“OMG what a day! Me and my partner had a cheese tour as my birthday present. God do they know alot about Cheese. We were so blown away by the proces it was so interesting day. Were going back as food in Cafe was amazing.”
“I come here for massage therapies etc. Every time the practitioners are very kind, friendly and attentive to your individual needs. They're also very knowledgable, and take their time, which is something I really appreciate.”
“We recently took Hannah’s baby yoga class and loved it! For me, it made sure I did some valuable stretches (I didn’t even realise I needed them until we did them!) and helped me start a gentle reintro to movement and recovery with some ideas on how to fit it in with a FOMO baby! My little one loved it even more - all the songs, movement and especially watching Hannah! He had his best naps after the class so well worth it for the good sleep too. Would highly recommend the class and Hannah as instructor!”
“Great welcome for all three of us ( 2 grown ups and a dog). Made to feel very comfortable, staff seemed genuinely keen and engaging.”
“Useful car park - no longer limited to 3 hours and plenty of 7kW chargers on level B2 (but need to log on to Waitrose WiFi to connect PodPoint app). Store has a good range of groceries and household items. Self-service and staffed checkouts.”
“Good minimarket with everything that you might need. Staff is very friendly and eager to assist with any matter. Prices are good, not to high and they are having discounted prices often. They also have 2 new self check out, which are very easy to use. Outside there is an ATM if needed.”
“We love adventure babies, it's the highlight of the week for us. We started going when my daughter was a few months old and it's lovely seeing the different ways she interacts with the environment as she grows, she's now nearly one year old. It was the first place she was excited to go to when she began to recognise the entrance! It's a lovely place to meet other parents and it feels like a safe inclusive environment which was really important to me, as I went not knowing anyone and was having a tough time recovering. Tam is the bringer of magic, she considers so many little details and has a warmth and energy that makes the babies light up. She cares about the parents too and I myself also look forward to seeing her every week. For us it is special and we'll keep coming for a long as we can.”
“Wide range of high quality goods, some still sealed in their original packaging”
“There is no physical collection point that I could see. Small local type Sainsbury's. You simply show your collection email with a barcode in it to a staff member and they scan it and then go out to the back stock area to get your delivery package for you. Actually rather a good system when you know what to do.”
“Well stocked, clean and tidy shop and the prices are more sensible than some of the other city centre charity shops.”
“A tad expensive but u can get what you need”
“Excellent service. Nick Daines is extremely thorough and explained everything about the travel injections we needed in great detail. Would definitely recommend him.”
“The ladies were brilliant and helped me find two bras that fit. It's so wonderful to be comfortable again. While their stocks have been low of late due to a warehouse fire, they are getting in the new styles now in various sizes. Thank you”
“You won't find a nicer shop anywhere for children's toys! There is such a good range of lovely, carefully curated and thoughtful gifts for children of all ages, and a very good selection for neurodivergent children. You can just tell the owners really love and understand children. Everything bought online arrives beautifully packaged and is delivered quickly. It's my go-to place every Christmas and I recommend it to everyone!”
“Really great atmosphere ! Great manager Ahmed , very friendly and hospitality wise also fabulous, makes the best clove tea ! Healthy and delicious! I recommend! Thank you”
“Loving the new Galleries cafe revamp in Freshford! Amazing that its now open longer hours and at weekends. Perfect tea stop after a country walk! We had great service from our lovely waitress Lucy, a scrummy selection of salads, quiches, sandwiches and delicious cakes, and great coffee too, all in the most beautiful location. Idyllic!”
“There is nowhere else that I would rather post a package..... what a hidden gem for traditional Indian snacks, spices and American sweets....”
“I have been using my local Larkhall Pharmacy for over 20 years. Staff come and go, but they have always been great, both helpful and professional, providing a fabulous service. Many thanks to you all.”
“One of my favourite places to shop, for snacks, ingredients on the upper floors. (Especially Konjac and Gluten/bean curd snacks) Your best go to for affordable tasty food! Extremely helpful staff who will guide you towards anything you're looking for, please visit, expand your platter!”
“Honestly a hidden gem for families with children. Plenty of toys to keep them occupied and a very generous menu that caters to their allergies and all at a great price! All the adults had coffee, sandwich, and cake and it was all delicious! The staff were also super friendly and patient. Can't recommend enough!”
“Stokes is a miracle of Moorland road. Having lived in the area all my life stokes has been a true winner in recent years. Wonderful fruit and veg, as well as loads of ingredients which are harder to find elsewhere. I have now moved away and relish a chance to visit every time I am back.”
“Very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Busy with a good atmosphere. Seemed like good quality food and drinks to me. Well worth a walk from the Bath Spa campus car parks”
