I'd never tried Iceland before and I just wandered in because of the Slimming World meals they do, I was so pleasantly surprised by everything that they have on offer!!!! Everything we tried has been absolutely amazing and I wish that I'd listened to the adverts on the TV! I would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Fabulous service from Shaun at B&Q Meir on 14th August 3025 who helped cut some wood to the size so I could put shelves in my small shed. He was most helpful and polite and I came home and fitted them perfectly. I didn’t have the right equipment at home to cut the wood myself so appreciated the help. Many thanks again Shaun”

“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! He certainly didnt reflect his Grumpy Elf tshirt! Longton staff, shame on you.”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“We popped into Newbie & Me today to look at pushchairs and had the best experience thanks to Becky. She was absolutely brilliant – so friendly, patient and really knew her stuff. Even though it was her last day in the shop, she still spent well over an hour with us, showing us all the different options and helping us figure out what would suit us best. Nothing felt rushed or salesy, just genuinely helpful advice. Choosing a pram felt like a big decision for us, but Becky made it so much easier. “Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!”

They helped arrange a blister pack for me and on top of that deliver my medicines for free! The pharmacist is very caring and I wouldn't know what I would have done without all she does for me. “Great an unique place in Stafford where to buy good quality international food from Africa, Asia, Europe and the some from the Americas. You will find even many fresh products such as mushrooms and vegetables. I would like to see more from South America, from Argentina or Brazil but this a good start anyway. I have been a couple of times but will surely return.”

“I’ve been using this chemist for a few years now and have never had any problems. The staff are always professional, and although I’ve seen many new faces over time, every team member who has helped me has been friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They’re also very efficient at getting medication in stock if it isn’t available right away, which I really appreciate. The bargain shelves are a great addition for the community, and I used to enjoy the accessory stands they had — it would be great to see those return. It’s also fantastic to see them offering more advanced services now. Overall, a reliable and supportive pharmacy that continues to improve and serve the community well. Keep up the good work”

“I went in today to be fitted for a nursing bra 4 months postpartum, with my baby girl. The ladies in there were AMAZING, immediately making me feel at ease and relaxed, and helping to keep my baby happy while i was in and out of the changing room. I have difficult sized breasts and since the bra also needed to be nursing friendly it was challenging to find one that worked, but both ladies put ideas in until we came up with the perfect style and size and got it ordered in! I can't wait to go and collect it ☺️ they were also really accommodating for me nursing my baby while in the shop.”
