“We popped into Newbie & Me today to look at pushchairs and had the best experience thanks to Becky. She was absolutely brilliant – so friendly, patient and really knew her stuff. Even though it was her last day in the shop, she still spent well over an hour with us, showing us all the different options and helping us figure out what would suit us best. Nothing felt rushed or salesy, just genuinely helpful advice. Choosing a pram felt like a big decision for us, but Becky made it so much easier. We left feeling confident and excited about what we picked. Huge thanks to her – she was a massive help and such a lovely person to deal with.”

“Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!”

“One of the best shops I have ever visited isn't exceptional because of its brand or products, but rather due to its staff. I've witnessed customers seeking assistance and the staff readily helping them without hesitation. The enthusiasm of the staff in this particular store to assist customers in finding products is commendable. Additionally, the elderly ladies at the billing counter are incredibly caring and kind. Even the thoroughness of checking IDs for alcohol purchases, totaling 25 checks, reflects their genuine concern for customer well-being. *They have got KF for 2 pounds per bottle*”

“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! He certainly didnt reflect his Grumpy Elf tshirt! Longton staff, shame on you.”

“To be fair, I have nothing but praise for this company, I note recent reviews are from Black Friday period, Small baby World had quite a busy period, all products are hand made, so created an obvious delay. My order took about 18 days, but i understood that there would be a delay in this busy period. people need to chill, and except, quality like these hand made products, takes time, especially in busy periods. Very happy with my items, pure quality, and hand made in the UK. Yes Chinese mass produced junk, may well arrive quicker... But the quality of Small baby World wont be beaten.”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“Great service and quality. I always say it’s not about having a problem, it’s about what you do about it. Dan was let down on our logo by a third party, but between us we got over the issue and Dana and the team did everything to keep us on schedule and the end products were great.”

“I went in today to be fitted for a nursing bra 4 months postpartum, with my baby girl. The ladies in there were AMAZING, immediately making me feel at ease and relaxed, and helping to keep my baby happy while i was in and out of the changing room. I have difficult sized breasts and since the bra also needed to be nursing friendly it was challenging to find one that worked, but both ladies put ideas in until we came up with the perfect style and size and got it ordered in! I can't wait to go and collect it ☺️ they were also really accommodating for me nursing my baby while in the shop.”
