“Staff are really friendly and helped to try and get baby into position for 4D photos. Unfortunately baby wasn’t playing ball so I was recommended to get a fizzy drink and sweets which I did. I was able to go back in for a second scan to try again. Baby’s hand was still in front of the face but the sonographer was able to get some nice pics with a bit of movement. Lovely experience. Would highly recommend!”

“My son and I attend the Baby Bloom classes - the caterpillar club - which we absolutely love! The classes are brilliant, throughly engaging and beneficial for my little one. He loves Cooper but most importantly he loves Carmen. Carmen leads the classes so well, encouraging fun and learning all in one. The work Carmen puts in to each theme is amazing. I’ve tried a few local classes but nothing compares to these… we will continue to travel from Cannock to join Cooper the caterpillar and Carmen. Thank you for a brilliant first term. “I was shopping for a pushchair and car seat for our first baby. I had a vague idea what I was after but Hannah helpfully guided us through the options and gave useful tips on what features would be important. We managed to pick out a car seat and pushchair that suited our needs, and even better it was delivered the next day. It was a non-pushy sales approach and we were the only ones in the shop, having booked an appointment online. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for anything else we need.”

I had an eBay order to collect, I forgot I ordered and didn't see the notification for delivery, I remembered last night and popped along to collect this morning. The holding time expired at 0100 this morning, Gail the lady serving me found my package, was holding it but unable to let me have because it wasn't on the system. Gail the absolute legend that she is managed to relist it in the system so she could release it to us. 100% top score for customer service”

“Big thanks to Karen for her help!! I bought a mobile from Argos at the end of Feb 2024. It had an intermittent fault with call quality that I thought would be fixed by a software upgrade. It wasn't, so I got my carrier to check the line and for the phone manufacturer to give me any suggestions for fixing the problem. The line was fine and the manufacturer's "fixes" didn't work. I decided to go to my local Argos store, in July, to see how they could remedy it. I spoke to Karen who understood the problem and suggested that I brought the phone into the shop with all accessories and delivery note. I also spoke to Hassan who made some sensible suggestions as to what I could try to get it working. I took the phone in and Karen checked if the phone was repairable. It wasn't. She offered me an exchange or refund. I've bought many items from Argos over the years but have never returned anything. I'd expected some difficulty because it was 5 months since I'd originally bought the phone. Karen made the process easy and treated me kindly and professionally. I'm very grateful and remain a happy Argos customer.”
