I had an amazing experience in the store during a nice weekend, although overwhelming, I have been helped by a lady by name "Gosia" I believe. She has shown me around the store and helped me through my choices, felt much better than the beginng. A come back for sure. Friendly and kind staff is always what I seek!

I really enjoy shopping at this store when I visit Birmingham. It is extremely clean, and the shop layout is easy to navigate. The staff are lovely and really chill, and super helpful. The actual clothes are extremely well made, I still regularly wear a dress I bought 3 years ago and it's in perfect condition after 100s of washes. Also the café is a lovely touch, it makes the whole experience so welcoming. Lovely store and highlight of the Bullring.

Arrived at 4.30 told at cafe I could only have a paper cup for my green tea as they wanted to be cleaned up at 5 . I asked for my tea to be in a tea pot and a cup. She then said I would have to drink it quickly. I don’t think this is good service and was very disappointed.
Very good store. Plenty of choice. Homeware a bit lacking. Cafe excellent. All home made cakes. Store definitely worth a visit.
Beautiful, calm, spacious store. The clothes seem good quality. I especially like the kids' lines. I find the sizing is absolutely massive so keep in mind if ordering online or taking home to try on. I often take an S and trust me... I'm not an S.
LOVELY LOVELY STAFF! I am a frequent shopper at Arkett and the one thing that stands out at the Birmingham store is just how lovely the staff are. Friendly, interested, helpful and welcoming. The staff give the shopping experience in store that edge. Keep on doing what you do! A happy customer.
