“Staff are really friendly and helped to try and get baby into position for 4D photos. Unfortunately baby wasn’t playing ball so I was recommended to get a fizzy drink and sweets which I did. I was able to go back in for a second scan to try again. Baby’s hand was still in front of the face but the sonographer was able to get some nice pics with a bit of movement. Lovely experience. Would highly recommend!”

Very knowledgeable and honest, very well priced also. Allcocks is further afield for me, and I'd previously spoken with another dealer locally to me who didn't seem interested in selling me this particular firearm, but Dave's customer care and attention to detail with my inquiry is really what won me over - they could be twice the price and three times the distance and I'd still come back to Allcocks based on the great experience with this purchase! The staff are always welcoming and kind, taking the time to make you feel comfortable! The piercers are so professional, they talk you through the entire process and are so patient! They are very calm and reassuring making the entire process enjoyable. I always look forward to getting my piercings done here! i've never had any issues with healing any of my piercings, the jewellery is great material and the hygiene is exceptional. it's the perfect place to get your piercings done.”

“Bought my husband's and his brother's suit here for our wedding. We went for a custom suit for my husband and the care and attention from Ash was absolutely amazing, suggesting small details but not overly pushy. We chose everything from personalized writing inside to the button and thread colour, it felt so special. Ash checked the fit carefully and made sure it would be perfect for the big day. He double checked everything when it arrived and he got so many compliments on the day and when he's worn it since. For the best man we picked something off the rack but also received top service especially when we needed to exchange for a different size closer to the date. The staff knowledge and attention is absolutely second to none (and sets it far far above the Bullring store).”

“What a wonderful little independent shop this is! I went to Fuel looking to buy a few presents for my partners birthday last week. Shopping isn't my favourite pastime but the experience was a delight. The choice was amazing and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. As usual one of the presents wasn't to my partners liking so we returned this week and we were offered a credit note or exchange straight away. With such a great choice of products my partner quickly picked an alternative item and exchanged it. “Served in the fragrance counter by the amazing Grace !!! 100% needs a raise. Went in with three points; unisex, vanilla, not too sweet. Grace showed us the scent at the counter she was manning but when she saw that we weren't fully satisfied, walked us to another counter and sprayed the scent that literally was exactly what we wanted. Saved us 40 minutes and ensured it wasnt a wasted journey. A scent we wouldn't have even noticed otherwise and she knew exactly what we needed. Honestly would've tipped if I could!!
