Walked in and Scott took over... immediately we was in great hands. Very helpful, very detailed in their explanations, as to why we went with our chosen bundle. His team and obviously Mr Kodak [David] assisting with the camera work. Sam & Laura too for helping. We travelled over 100 miles just go go test out and walked out with everything we needed, now we can tick the box and rest assured that we got all we need.

Had a wonderful experience at Newbie and Me today, at the Birmingham branch. Our server, Hannah was very knowledgeable and so friendly. We purchased a pram and our nursery furniture from them today. We had a very specific need with the pram and we only saw two and knew straight away it was the right pram for us, so Hannah clearly knew her products well. I don’t think we would have got the same level of care at a chain - independent retailers all the way! We will definitely be back if we need anything else. Keep up the good work newbie and me!
I came to the store today with an appointment I was greeted by the lovely Farhana, who asked me questions of what I was looking for and price budget she immediately got me a travel pram according to that. She explained everything about the pram showed me how it folds, let my son sit in it and then let me try and do it myself. She was very polite and friendly and I was done within 20minutes purchasing the pram if that. The service was brilliant I can't fault it and the store was beautiful inside had everything you are looking for. Thank you once again
We were quite reluctant to have an appointment because we just wanted to have a look round but I am so glad we did ! Grace was amazing , so knowledgeable ,friendly and patient. Absolutely no pressure to buy just really enjoyable experience. We had 3 pram options and they encouraged us to go for the cheapest option because it suited what we needed best. Got a bargain and just come out feeling good! Can't wait to come back when they have nursery furniture set up !

The best around Best baby supplies shop with the best staff. I've been to both telford and Birmingham newbie and me stores multiple over the last 2 years and called the store many times too for a range of reasons. In all honesty I've bought one product from the store and that was 2 days ago. (Won't be my last) My experience of newbie and me has been nothing but extremely positive. Each time I visited the store previously to my most recent visit, I had gone in with the Intention of trying products out, seeking advise and asking for demonstrations on how to use certain products. On each occasion I made this very clear to the staff member from the outset and I can with all honesty say I was treated like a valued long time customer. I found newbie and me to a very welcoming place to shop at I have been treated well by staff and the ownerers alike in each of my visit. In short I bought essentials like pushchair and car seat online for various reasons and wouldn't have known how to use them properly with such ease without the help from the amazing team at newbie and me. Staff have always been polite and displayed exemplary, friendly and professional conduct. One thing which really stood out to me was each and every staff member I've dealt with has shown a keen and genuine interest in being of as much assistance to me as possible.
