On 5/11/2024 in the evening I went there with my daughter, one sales assistant in pound land uniform was going around me like I’m a thief. I didn’t like that vibe there and she was very rude to me when I was checking sizes of pants for my daughter. A sales assistant should be pleasant and helpful.
Recently I had to face a very rude sales assistant where she expected me to shop without touching the clothes (I don’t understand how to shop for clothes without touching it) And she had a very bad attitude. Please stop being racists. This happened twice with the same assistant on 2 different days. 08/11/2024 around 5.50pm.
Visited the store on 03/11/2024 in the evening and this particular staff was very rude and impolite. Staffs are meant to be helping the customers instead of showing their attitude.
Visited Pep&Co Saturday 14th July at The Swan Yardley, Birmingham. Two lovely, friendly Sales Assistants helped me, I was looking for T-shirts for.my Husband. The lady Assistant was most helpful in sorting out the correct size and when taking them to the till another pleasant Sales Assistant greeted me . Such a nice experience shopping. Sadly I mislaid my receipt to complete the survey but most happy with the T Shirts and such a pleasant experience shopping. Thank you.
