“Bought my husband's and his brother's suit here for our wedding. We went for a custom suit for my husband and the care and attention from Ash was absolutely amazing, suggesting small details but not overly pushy. We chose everything from personalized writing inside to the button and thread colour, it felt so special. Ash checked the fit carefully and made sure it would be perfect for the big day. He double checked everything when it arrived and he got so many compliments on the day and when he's worn it since. For the best man we picked something off the rack but also received top service especially when we needed to exchange for a different size closer to the date. The staff knowledge and attention is absolutely second to none (and sets it far far above the Bullring store).”

“What a wonderful little independent shop this is! I went to Fuel looking to buy a few presents for my partners birthday last week. Shopping isn't my favourite pastime but the experience was a delight. The choice was amazing and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. As usual one of the presents wasn't to my partners liking so we returned this week and we were offered a credit note or exchange straight away. With such a great choice of products my partner quickly picked an alternative item and exchanged it. Will definitely be returning here, it's great to see these little independent shops that care about the customer. Definitely recommend.”

“Husband visited the shop in Birmingham having travelled from Bristol as wanted to try before buying. He tried for size but not in the suit he wanted and all was good. The 3 piece arrived by courier 2 days later but jacket and waist coat far too small. Sent the 2 pieces back and they were altered to fit at no extra cost and posted back within days. Such excellent service and definitely recommend. Nothing was too much trouble”

“My mother has been shopping at O&P Fashions since before I was born. We would get all our outfits from Auntie Beena's store back in the 80's and 90's. As me and my sister are both married and live in the south now we tend to shop else where. Last year I came home and mum said let's go to Beena's as i needed suits for myself my daughters and my mother inlaw. Honestly I had forgotten how much I loved this store and the clothing. They have so much choice and something for each age group. Since then if I see anything on line I either ask my mum to pick it up or as I did yesterday I purchased on line. The suit I purchased is absolutely stunning and it was sent next day, so I received it this morning and I'm so pleased with it. The girls are so helpful and so on it with every detail ( i forgot about linning) . So thank you, I love shopping with them as its like a bit of home for me.”

“A MASSIVE thank you to Kelly who helped out my fiancé yesterday with his wedding shoes that we’d previously ordered from Dune at Cheshire Oaks. They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!”
