   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Read Before You Waste Your Time and Money Ordered a suit at the beginning of March. The trousers were fine, but the blazer was too big - and arrived wrapped in nothing more than a flimsy bit of plastic. No proper packaging or care whatsoever. I needed this suit for an event two weeks away, so I returned the blazer immediately via first class recorded delivery. Their site clearly states replacement items are sent out within 48 hours. That never happened. I waited two days. Then three. Then five. It was Friday (I sent it Monday). No updates. No notifications. No blazer. I called and was told it would arrive Monday. Okay, cutting it fine, but manageable. Monday - nothing. Tuesday - still nothing. I called again at 5pm Tuesday to chase it up. Their response? “Oh, we had to order a blazer in that size. It will arrive Thursday, then we’ll send it out.” Excuse me? So not only did you lie about when it would arrive, but it wasn’t even in stock when you told me it was on the way? Because of their delay and total lack of communication, I had to rush out last minute, spend money on a new suit, and pay for alterations to have something ready in time. So I called and asked for a refund. “No problem,” they said, “just send back the trousers.” Fine. Posted them the next day, again at my own cost. I'm now £30 down on returns alone. A week passes - no update, no confirmation. But I’m preparing for my wedding and assume they’re just slow. Two weeks go by. I call again. “Sorry - refund will be with you Monday/Tuesday.” That was two weeks ago. Still no refund. Still no confirmation. £300 of mine, still in their pocket. £30 lost on postage. And not a single email, call, or message to let me know what’s going on. All of this happened despite me emailing them early on, making clear how urgent the replacement was - all within their return policy. I followed the process. They failed on every level. This company has zero communication, zero customer service, and clearly no regard for the people spending good money on their products. This whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. Unreliable. Misleading. Unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

   Little bit disappointed. Ordered a suit. Price was good, arrived fine and in a reasonable time. But opened the packaging to a waft of stale cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if someone has been smoking near where this was stored, or if it has been in a smoky environment during delivery but as an ex-smoker the smell of stale cigarettes was undeniable. I’m hoping leaving it up to air out in the garden will clear it out, but it’s enough to put me off so that I will potentially consider buying a suit from elsewhere in future.

   Husband visited the shop in Birmingham having travelled from Bristol as wanted to try before buying. He tried for size but not in the suit he wanted and all was good. The 3 piece arrived by courier 2 days later but jacket and waist coat far too small. Sent the 2 pieces back and they were altered to fit at no extra cost and posted back within days. Such excellent service and definitely recommend. Nothing was too much trouble

   Very fast delivery and good service. I found that the trousers are very, very tight around the calf. If you have ever done "leg day" I would recommend asking for a regular fit rather than a slim or skinny fit. I normally take a 34" waist with regular length (albeit a bit tight around the waist) but couldn't get the ends to even touch fingertips. I returned the trousers and exchanged them for 38" in regular fit which they ordered in for me and were available by the time my return hit their doormat. I think that the trousers sit slightly higher on the waist than a lot of trousers and so are heading into the bulge of my paunch. I have added buttons to the inside of the trousers so that I can wear them with braces as the topography of my belly won't allow a belt to do the job. The suit is very nice, fits snugly but not in a restrictive way, and looks great. You can't see it from the pictures but the lining is really bright and colourful - my wife was a little dubious but I really like the contrast. The lining won't be wildly obvious when the suit is being worn but will provide the occasional flash of colour as a counterpoint to the dark tweed. From my interactions with this company, I would definitely recommend them and their products.

When it arrived it didn't quite fit, Zak was so helpful in sending out extra trousers and discussing my options over the phone when certain things were out of stock. He was also really patient and helpful with my returns period, while I tried other suits to compare. Excellent service all round and really helped me find the right suit. 10/10 - would recommend every time.

   Excellent service from Zak. The first jacket was slightly too big when it arrived but Zak sorted out a replacement and shipped it out speedily. The perfect suit is now sorted for the big day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ordering.

   Amazing customer service. They were very helpful with my initial order which I had to return because I had put on a bit of weight. The refund process was quick and easy and kept me in the loop until resolution. These guys really do go out of there way to help. Since my initial order I have ordered 2 more suits and not once have I had any issues. Would definitely recommend to others.
