Bought jeans. I forgot to pack any pants and jean for my business travel. Found a suitable Jean to wear immediately. The girl present in store was really helpful.
Had an amazing experience at this store. Lucy was very helpful, knowledgeable friendly and so humble. When I commented that 'you do know your stuff out here, she replied, "I guess they gave me good training.' Very nice vibe about the store. Would highly recommend.
Drove 45minutes a friday, its 3.30pm and this outlet store has decided to close early because they are low in staff, there 4 of them in this store.. really unprofessional.
One tall brown haired guy this afternoon (Sunday 29 Jan) was very helpful. However the store experience was disappointing because only one guy was serving on the tills so there was a HUGE queue - over 20 mins!! More frustrating as there were so many staff just standing around the store!
This I'd an outlet and there are items many £ cheaper than normal retail. However there are times when they tend to have further discounts and have jeans from around £20 - something I thought they may have for black Friday but not in this instance. Oh well, but still a good place to go for good quality jeans.
This place is insane. Lovely staff and cheap jeans. Got a pair for £47, that were £110 at my standard Levi's store.
I’ve been shopping here for a few years now and won’t be back. Last month I purchased £150’s worth of stuff. Included in that visit, my wife chose a belt. When she tried it on a home it was the wrong size. Her fault. Tonight was the first opportunity to pop into exchange for a different size. As we didn’t have the receipt and no bar code was on the label, the manager advised he couldn’t exchange the belt. We were not looking for a refund and I had proof of purchase via Apple Pay but he was not going to budge. All for the sake of a barcode. I honestly don’t know whether it came with a barcode when we purchased it. He could have easily remedied the situation by taking a barcode from the same in stock product and put the exchange through the till. A shame really as l was shopping for a new hoodie which would have put £70 in his till and not to mention future visits . A very short sighted manager. No wonder the high street is dying a death with that type of inflexible attitude. I’ve included a photo to show the Levi tag that had not been removed and therefore could quite easily have been resold.
This is a Levi's outlet store inside Resorts World. The jeans are 1 for £59, 2 for £99 or, 3 for £149. It has a decent amount of styles and cloths for both men and women. A few accessories also.
