Visited the store today 01.12.25.… the store was ‘grubby’ however the ladies changing rooms were filthy! It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept in days let alone been cleaned. Staff unhelpful and uninterested. Won’t be shopping there again unless they vastly improve their customer experience

What an awful store- just a reflection on Zara as a company. Bought two trousers and wrongly sized- took them back and they just didn’t care- didn’t apologise- I’m not sure he could communicate…will not be purchasing again from this company. They have no quality control and no customer service.

I had a terrible experience at the Zara store in Solihull. Staffs in the till are extremely rude and unprofessional. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. They have zero respect for the customers.

The staff here are insanely rude. Having a full on conversation whilst putting customers through the tills half heartedly. Zara head office needs to look at this store pronto, customer service in the retail sector is not optional, it's necessary to retain and build customer sales. What a joke of a store.

This shop was a right mess. Clearly under staffed as the mens department till was closed, which caused a lot longer queues in the kids and womens department. I went into the dressing room and there were so many other items of closing in the room, just thrown everywhere. It looked like a jumble sale rather than a proper high street store.

Store is dirty and untidy; two staff members serving on the ground floor led to a 25 minute queue. Spoke to Manager about this, who refused to acknowledge the poor service. Not impressed, and unlikely to shop at Zara again as a result.

Thought I’d pop over to Solihull to see if I could find anything nice in Zara for my holiday. As per usual the shop was a jumble sale, I couldn’t be bother to look at half of it. The queue was a mile long and I probably wouldn’t have been bothered to wait if I wanted something anyway. It doesn’t help there’s hardly any staff and the service is so slow. As for the fitting room…The girl on it didn’t even look at me when I showed her my items, nor when I gave them her back. She was too engrossed talking to the other member of staff next to her. Shocking experience all round. I certainly won’t be making any trips back here again.

Queues are horrendous in this store. I’ve not bought items on many occasions due to not wanting to wait ages in a slow moving queue. Had to laugh when I read on Zara website that the easiest way to return your items is in-store. …Maybe if you have an hour+ spare!!

Products good but not much organisation. I stood in the queue for well over 30 mins with only about 6 people in front of me. Absolute joke, a manager had to come over and count cash for sales being made, but did not stay to help get the queue down and went back to the empty children’s department. Members of staff walking around aimlessly. For someone who used to work in a busy retail store, it’s laziness and a complete disregard of the customers if you ask me.

Incredibly disorganised with slow, long queue and rudest of staff out of any Zaras I have been to. Considering I live in London, the benchmark for customer experience wasn’t exactly high to begin with. It get it, it’s Zara, but it would be nice not to be treated like a massive inconvenience.
