   Hi had the correct money for the item. I am regular customer at footasylum asked for a bag very politely girls normally are happy to help. I am happy to pay as well today unfortunately got served by an unhelpful lady who I waited very patiently for while she served other customers. I asked if I could have a bag will pay next time but wasn’t interested which I felt very sad about. The other staff member got me a bag was very kind but she was told not to give me a bag unless I pay. Name of lady that served me was Eanna was a sad experience this occasion.

   Very disappointing customer service. I came into the store looking for help with a pair of shoes, but the staff treated me very disrespectfully. When I asked a simple question, they laughed at me and made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of offering assistance, one of them even started arguing with me, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I expected basic courtesy and support, but left feeling embarrassed and upset. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from any retail staff. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to others based on my experience.

   Terrible customer service via internet, no contact details , cant ring , cant email, if you want to spend hours trying find out where your parcels gone, you have come to right place, still cant make any contact,!!! Dont buy.

   Good prices and everything but probably the worst stuff that you can get was about to buy a jacket from them but after how the staff behaved, I preferred to go somewhere different and spend my money elsewhere.

   Stacked high with high prices! Staff are mostly students so expect student behaviour i.e more talking and larking about. No one really seem bothered apart from the team manager who was doing most of the work.

   The assistant didn't know the line of Adidas trainers I was after and they didn't have them anyway but he was still polite. It's a nice shop but it's dark and small. I still purchased something else and the assistant who served me was very pleasant.
