“This is my go to dance attire shop for my little big girl, the ladies are absolutely lovely and will help in everyway possible, giving advice on sizes options if something isnt right, lovely litte shop that has everything you'd need to get you little dancers geared up”

“I visited this shop earlier today and was very impressed by the quality of service I received. Yes I had to wait a while and yes the shoes I took away with me were a little pricey for some but you cannot put a price on comfort. I struggle to get wide fitting shoes and the sales assistant listened carefully to my needs and tailored my visit to me. I tried on 4 different pairs of shoes until I found a pair that were comfortable. The shoe shop was recommended to me by my foot consultant after I mentioned that I struggle to find shoes that are wide enough for my orthotics to slide in and be comfortable. I'm so glad I went there now. I have worn my pair in the house and they feel really comfortable. I will be definitely going there again should I need another pair.”

“I visited Shoe Zone Perry Barr today. I am a physically disabled adult but have small feet (size 1) and always have trouble getting comfortable everyday shoes that I can walk in. I found some and the lovely lady working there helped me try them on - they were perfect, she then checked stock for me so I was able to purchase 3 pairs. She was chatty, friendly and very helpful, she really went above and beyond to assist me today - much appreciated!”

“A MASSIVE thank you to Kelly who helped out my fiancé yesterday with his wedding shoes that we’d previously ordered from Dune at Cheshire Oaks. They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!”

Staff were helpful and assisted me in purchasing a couple of pairs of Sketchers shoes for my daughter and son, at very affordable prices (half the price of what the shoes would cost from a Sketchers stockist).
