   Everything was going well until we went to checkout and pay with Scottish pounds. We were told they wouldn't accept Scottish pounds, and that this was company policy. We're aware that this is legal, and the company has that right. However, the clerk immediately removed the bag from the counter and put it on the floor behind the counter, before we had even a moment to discuss alternate payment methods. We proceeded to pay with a card, and everything went fine with the transaction. We find it insulting that the assumption appeared to be that we would try to take the bag and abscond, particularly since the person purchasing the shoes was Black. Treating paying customers as if they are criminals when they've not engaged in any antisocial behaviour is unacceptable. Attached is a photo of the shoes as proof of the purchase.

   A MASSIVE thank you to Kelly who helped out my fiancé yesterday with his wedding shoes that we’d previously ordered from Dune at Cheshire Oaks. They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!

   I was sold a dirty used pair of shoes from bullring store, I was putting my trainers an socks on when the lady packed it up an had it waiting on till for me to pay, I only realised when I got home they deserve 0 star rating so disgusting

   Wondered why my partner was so keen to pop into the Bullring after work. The sight of all the (up to) 50% off signs everywhere explained it all, including Dune's which is where we were heading. Apparently a lot of the shoe shops don't stock shoes to fit her dainty size 3's - and they do. Been in here a few times with her, and have to say that the staff are always friendly, if a little too eager.
