   I had a wonderful experience at Clarks. I bought two pairs of shoes for my mom, and I really appreciated the service. The staff didn’t keep following me around while I was choosing — which I liked a lot because I get confused when someone constantly follows me. They gave me full time and space to decide (it took me about 30 minutes!), and they were patient and respectful the whole time. Later, when I came back to exchange the size, they happily helped me and made the process very easy. The staff are truly helpful, polite, and professional. I’m very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended!

   Rosie was super efficient considering that my son and I went to Clarks at one of the busiest times to buy his back to school shoes. We entered the store and Rosie approached us asking whether she could measure my son's feet ... she then directed us to where the school shoes for my son's age are and stayed with us incase we needed any help rather than going on to serving somebody else. She was on hand when we selected the shoes. Rosie went above and beyond with her customer service and really did use her iniative and made the process of searching for school shoes so speedy for us. Thank you Rosie !!

   I just bought 2 pairs shoes from clarks and after 2 days I try to return one pair because it doesn't comfortable to wear but the shop refused to refund, the customer service was said your shoes looks like abit dirt from bottom but I told her I didn't wear it , I just tried at home . The shop manager never came out and slove issues, I really had bad experiences with them. Rude customer service. Shame

   Excellent shopping experience! I was served by Chris in the Menswear section and the service he provided was to the highest standard and really evidenced the value of going into store rather than online shopping! He was friendly, consultative, and gave me very useful advice, I even came away with two pairs of shoes when I was only intended to buy one! Will definitely buy from the store in the Bullring again.

   Yesterday I received fabulous service from Layla. I had seen a pair of shoes in another branch but I didn't know the name of them and Layla found them for me and then sourced the shoes. Then I also found another pair I liked and she was so helpful - nothing was too much bother and all done with a wonderful joyful spirit. I have to say it was a very pleasant shopping experience and I really commend Layla for her hard work and for being so cheerful and going the extra mile. A job well done Layla - thank you .

   We were served by a really friendly young man Love Preet. We were looking for a pair of good light brown leather shoe, and he was incredibly helpful, kind and patient.
