Orlando, was extremely helpful after I had disappointing service at Deichman and Sports Direct. My little girl got her feet measured and first shoes bought. Appreciate Orlando's efforts and kindness. Only problem is lack of stock for boys.
Excellent service in store fitting my daughter's new school shoes. Caitlin was really helpful both in helping her find style she liked as well as making sure we got the right fit including getting a second opinion. Also great service for my wife who had an adult fitting at the same time.
I took my son into the New Street store today, we were dealt with by Tariku who was absolutely lovely. Very patient throughout the measuring process and polite and friendly. While we were waiting we saw him providing the same levels of service to the customers before us. I would highly recommend.
