I came into store on Boxing Day and it was already super busy but Scarlet was so accommodating and happy to get as many shoes as me, my sister and my mom wanted which was quite a few! She’s a lovely girl and should get employee of the year!!
Daniel gave us such superb service today that we had to tell others who may shop at this store. He went above and beyond to ensure that my wife's trainers were the best possible fit for her problem toe. Highly recommended.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was passing by the Skechers store in Bullring Birmingham and decided to step in to browse for winter boots. As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Louis, who kindly offered assistance straight away. A lovely young lady, Mahroo, who was the supervisor, also helped me and explained the different types of boots available. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and both of them made my shopping experience really pleasant. Having worked in retail with high-end luxury brands for over 17 years, I can confidently say that Mahroo and Louis are real assets to the Skechers business. I wish them both continued success in their careers!
We went to the store recently to buy Skechers for my son, and we were so lucky to be helped by Mahroo. She was absolutely incredible, so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect fit, and turned what could have been a stressful experience into something truly wonderful. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel so comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a difference, but Mahroo really did. Me and my family cam here to buy some shoes and their were many staff around able to help. They had a variation of different shoe sizes and colours.

Marvellous visit to the Bullring shop today , delightful helpful staff, a wonderful range. This was my first purchase of sketchers footwear, I wore them home and they are wonderful. Great value as well, cheaper than expected. My wife has had these before , but had to buy some new ones while there. With those colours, why wouldn't you?
