   Great store! I really appreciate the improvement in stock since closing and reopening. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and well-organized. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one employee, a girl I believe named Natalie. She came across as quite rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. It honestly put me off wanting to return to the store. On the bright side, the store’s large front windows make it easy to see inside — I’ll probably take a quick look before going in next time.

   I had a terrible experience at Shoezone, merry hill and feel compelled to share. I purchased two pairs of flip-flops, but to my surprise, I later realized that one of the pairs was already used. The straps and soles clearly showed signs of wear, which I hadn’t noticed in the store. When I bought them, the staff only showed me pictures of the items as it was close to closing time. I trusted them, gave them the sizes, and completed my purchase without thoroughly checking the actual products. As I purchased in a hurry, I also asked lady that if it doesn't fit can I return it? She said, yes, un less you haven't used it. Due to a busy schedule, I didn’t get the chance to open the package for a few days. When i realized, went back to return them, but the staff outright refused to take them back, claiming that I had used them. I didn’t even get the chance to open them properly, let alone use them! Their attitude was dismissive, and I felt discriminated against throughout the entire interaction. It was as if they were trying to blame me for their own negligence. Their customer service was dismissive, and they showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I’m incredibly disappointed and feel cheated. This was my first and definitely my last time shopping here. *To anyone planning to shop at Shoezone, please double-check your items thoroughly before purchasing*

   I'm disabled customer and the staff were so help. I had various styles and my size bought to me. Every effort to help. Got a lovely pair of slip on loafer style for a very good price. Highly recommend this branch. Management if you read this the lady on yesterday afternoon was brilliant

   Took are son here on Monday 14 of November 2022 between 6 and 7 pm. My wife asked a member of staff to measure my sons foot size and one of the other members of staff was playing peekaboo with are baby daughter to help stop her crying. Both members of staff where so friendly,helpful and to me and my wife went above and beyond there customer services. Really can't thank them both enough for such a pleasant and helpful experience.

   Popped in as sales were on. Had a lovely pair of boots at half price. My size were not on the shelf and very friendly staff offered to look in stock for me, she said always worth asking as they often have more in the back. Very happy with.y purchase.
