“Went into Pandora today and upon entering it was very busy, however they had a very good queue system in place and we were served within 5 minutes. We were served by Laiba who was very polite and greeted us with a smile. She gave great options and gave really lovely advice. Although the store was very busy she was in no rush and we probably spent a good 30 minutes with her. Once decided, we were taken to the tills and was served by Niamh, who again was very friendly and talkative and complemented the items I had chosen. When leaving Michelle the manager thanked us and wished us a good Day and a Happy Christmas. Thank you Bullring Pandora.”

“My mother has been shopping at O&P Fashions since before I was born. We would get all our outfits from Auntie Beena's store back in the 80's and 90's. As me and my sister are both married and live in the south now we tend to shop else where. Last year I came home and mum said let's go to Beena's as i needed suits for myself my daughters and my mother inlaw. Honestly I had forgotten how much I loved this store and the clothing. They have so much choice and something for each age group. Since then if I see anything on line I either ask my mum to pick it up or as I did yesterday I purchased on line. The suit I purchased is absolutely stunning and it was sent next day, so I received it this morning and I'm so pleased with it. The girls are so helpful and so on it with every detail ( i forgot about linning) . So thank you, I love shopping with them as its like a bit of home for me.”

She explained all the different chain options i could purchase with the pendant. I asked her for her name and she said it was Georgia. I had an eBay order to collect, I forgot I ordered and didn't see the notification for delivery, I remembered last night and popped along to collect this morning. The holding time expired at 0100 this morning, Gail the lady serving me found my package, was holding it but unable to let me have because it wasn't on the system. Gail the absolute legend that she is managed to relist it in the system so she could release it to us. 100% top score for customer service”

“Big thanks to Karen for her help!! I bought a mobile from Argos at the end of Feb 2024. It had an intermittent fault with call quality that I thought would be fixed by a software upgrade. It wasn't, so I got my carrier to check the line and for the phone manufacturer to give me any suggestions for fixing the problem. The line was fine and the manufacturer's "fixes" didn't work. I decided to go to my local Argos store, in July, to see how they could remedy it. I spoke to Karen who understood the problem and suggested that I brought the phone into the shop with all accessories and delivery note. I also spoke to Hassan who made some sensible suggestions as to what I could try to get it working. I took the phone in and Karen checked if the phone was repairable. It wasn't. She offered me an exchange or refund. I've bought many items from Argos over the years but have never returned anything. I'd expected some difficulty because it was 5 months since I'd originally bought the phone. Karen made the process easy and treated me kindly and professionally. I'm very grateful and remain a happy Argos customer.”

I was a bit worried about the pain, but any nerves I had quickly disappeared – the atmosphere was welcoming, and the artist was both professional and meticulous. She explained the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The tattoo turned out beautifully, exactly as I’d imagined! I’ll definitely be back for another one.
