After a call to say they had arrived we went down and made our choice. When asked how quick they could get them they said the next day. “A typical old fashioned hardware store, of the kind that do still exist in a few places. It's a real Alladin's cave of bits & pieces. The owner knows exactly where everything is located, and is highly knowledgeable about the products. So much better than the impersonal DiY stores where staff seem to know so little and care less. There is a small amount of parking outside, although this could easily fill up on busy days. Locals should definitely support this shop; you'll miss it if it goes.”

“After reviewing various bought some internal black door handles. Next day they had sent me brass. I contacted the company by email which was dealt with immediately. They arranged collection of the brass ones and the black ones where their next day. I unfortunately had to go to hospital for a stay and advised my son to put the brass ones out for collection. Numpty sent my black ones back. I got back in touch with Demi who literally sorted ot again within 24hours at their cost. Fantastic quality and price and if I could give 10 stars for service I would. I will definitely buy from them again and would like to thank Demi for making my life a little bit easier.”
